Everything you'd want to ask

Who are the helpers?

Verified college students. Every helper confirms a real .edu school email and passes a live face scan: that scan becomes their profile photo, so the person at your door is the person on the card. Everyone is 18+, and ratings are public on every profile.

How is the price set?

Our assistant asks a couple of quick questions and suggests a fair price based on the task, time, and distance. You can adjust it before you post. Your helper keeps 100% of the price; you pay it plus a 10% service fee ($1.50 minimum). No haggling, no surprises.

When am I charged?

Your card is authorized when you book, and the money is held securely: the helper is only paid after the quest is done and you confirm it (or automatically 24 hours after it's marked complete). Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card number.

What if something goes wrong?

Open a dispute and the payment stays held until it's resolved: no one gets paid on a quest that went wrong. You can report or block anyone, share your live status with a friend during a quest, and reach support in-app. In an emergency, always call 911 first.

Do helpers see my phone number?

No. Chat stays in the app, and if you need to talk, calls go through a masked relay number: your real number is never shared, in either direction.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. Browsing and posting are free. You only pay when you hire someone. Students earn on their own schedule and keep 100% of every payout.

Can I earn if I'm not a college student?

Not yet. At launch, earning is for verified college students with a .edu. Anyone 18+ can post and hire, and we'll open more ways to earn as we grow.
